General Recipe for Creame of Vegetable Soup

4 C. vege of your choice

2 large potatoes

1 tsp. salt

2 c. dairy free milk

2 tbsp. dairy free butter

1/2 tsp. pepper (omittable)

Seansonings of your choice

Description

A general recipe for vitamix soup involving veges.

Directions

Take veges, wash them. Chop them (or if you have a grinder, just grind them up!), and cook in microwave(with fake butter) until soft (but not completely dead!). You want them to blend nicely. Add spices, and remining ingredents to a vitamix or powerful blender. I use the 'tamper' because the soup tends to be thick. Blend until well pureed and smooth.

Notes

For instance for 'cream of asparagus' I cooked the asparagus, ground it in the grinder, added potatoes, salt, pepper, a little bit of tobasco sauce. For 'cream of carrot" I used salt, pepper, ginger, 2 tbsp. of brown sugar, and cinnamon. You can move to your heart's content.
